Welcome to the South African Chess Coaches Registry

Dear Chess Community, We have been working relentlessly to lay a solid foundation for our national coaching system. Our coaches are not only ready to train but also committed to improving themselves to deliver better results for players across South Africa. Over the next few weeks, you may feel as if "a ton of bricks" is being rolled out—so many new opportunities will be made available for our community. We hope these initiatives will serve you in the way we have envisioned. Today, we are proud to present the official South African Chess Coaches Registry. While a few details are still being finalized, this is an important first step: Verification: None of the coaches are verified yet. Our next step will be to carefully review their qualifications and place them in the correct categories. Veteran Coaches: We recognize that many highly capable veteran coaches have not had access to formal training in the past. A panel will be established to ensure their experience and expertise are fairly recognized in this process. With that said—welcome to the South African Chess Coaches Registry! We encourage all coaches to register and invite the community to explore the platform. 👉 https://southafricanchesscoaches.co.za/directory
